How to Pray for Your Business

Over this past week I have become aware of a number of business that are not doing so well financially at the moment.  There are many reasons for this including the dramatic summer of disasters that we have had.

As a result I’ve put together an audio of some of the key principles that we have learned over the past five years in how to pray for your business.

Key areas covered include:

a.  The first thing that God did to man when we were created was to bless us (Genesis 1:28-31)

b.  We need to release the blessing of God into every aspect of our lives (Genesis 12:1-3 & Numbers 6:22 – 27

c.  God’s Ways are not our ways and his thoughts are not our thoughts  (Isaiah 55:8-10)

d. We need to pray that we operate in the Seven Fold Spirit of God (Isaiah 11:2-3)

c.  We need to ask for wisdom (James 1:5)

d.  Pray as Paul prayed in Colossians and Ephesians

e.  Interact with scripture using “I Am” statements (Deuteronomy 28)

f.  Learn to Hear the Voice of God for yourself.

One of the key areas that we have in Business Blessings is assigning intercessors to businesses.  Here is a short interview that Wes Leake, Director of Business Blessings did with our head intercessor Clare Tremeer on how we pray for businesses.

At the end of every month, we produce a prayer report for your business, based on how God has guided and directed us to pray for you during that month.  You can check out a sample prayer report here:  Sample Monthly Prayer Report.

If you would like an assigned intercession for your business please do not hesitate to email us at  We would also recommend that you check out the blog entitled:  Paid Intercession:  Good or Bad.
